Fraternities

Social organizations are organizations that serve to enhance a student’s social life while providing many activities outside the classroom. Fraternities and sororities participate in countless community service, intramural, scholarship, leadership and campus programs. There are currently 10 Sororities, 15 Fraternities and 3 governing councils at Eastern Kentucky University. Our publications include, Your Guide to Greek Life and The Leader's Lantern, a student produced Greek Newsletter. Most social fraternities recruit shortly after the beginning of each semester. NPHC (National Pan-Hellenic Council) Fraternities typically hold intake in the spring semester. Registration is required.
